Meet Sam Kendall
Sam Kendall, owner and operator of Threshold Renovations, is a Rochester, MN native who has proudly called Winona home since 2010. After earning his Associate’s Degree in Carpentry from Minnesota State College–SE Technical in 2011, Sam began building his career in the local community.
Over the years, he has developed a reputation for his eye for detail, reliability, and a genuine commitment to helping clients bring their home improvement visions to life.
Sam lives in Winona with his wife, their three children, a couple lively dogs, and a flock of backyard chickens.
When he’s not on the job site, you can usually find him outdoors, working on house projects, or spending time with his family.
